Are Tata Cars Reliable ???

 Are Tata Cars Reliable ???

Car is a luxury not a necessity in India. When we buy a car in India we are connected emotionally with the car and so, many people want a reliable car and top-notch service centers. However, in the 2000s Tata cars were not as reliable as they are now.

Tata Indica was the most well-known Tata product. However, people faced a lot of problems in their cars, which has made the customers think a lot when buying the next Tata car even today. Moreover many videos of dealers misbehaving with the customers have gone viral which has made the customers think before getting a Tata car in their garage.

Now talking about the situation today, Tata has improved a lot. We must know that Tata is an Indian company so it is not going to leave India anytime soon. Talking about the value of Tata group of which Tata Motors is a part, you should know that the brand value of Tata group is more than that of “Infosys” and “Airtel”. So you should not be tensed about whether you are investing in a reliable product.

Secondly, the safety of Tata cars is best when compared with Maruti and Hyundai, which are the most trusted brands in India. There is no such Tata car that has scored less than 4 stars in the GNCAP.So if you are concerned with the safety of the car, you need not worry. Moreover, Tata has acquired the “JLR” group. After acquiring, the “JLR” group Tata has improved in terms of R&D.

Talking about the resale value, it will take a bit of time for the Tata group to establish itself. The reason for this is the newly launched Tata cars are just 3-4 years old. It will take time for the people to understand Tata cars. But, as a car enthusiast, I will have to say that Tata is making a considerable effort to take the lead in passenger segment cars. Just take a test drive of Tata Nexon, you will get to know what I am talking about, best in class ground clearance and steering dynamics.

Tata has improved in the after-sale service as well. As per the “JD” power survey, Tata’s after-sale service is ranked second amongst all, which is next to “Maruti” and “Hyundai”.

If concluded Tata cars have improved a lot. I can guarantee you that you will be happy in becoming a part of the Tata car family. Tata cars are improving and it will take some time for them to become the best car company in India.
